Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in mining equipment such as haul trucks, excavators, loaders, dozers, drills, and graders.
• Conduct scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Perform inspections and safety checks to comply with company and regulatory standards.
• Replace or repair worn components including engines, transmissions, turbochargers, fuel systems, and hydraulic systems.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic software.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and reports using CMMS or manual systems.
• Operate lifting and diagnostic tools safely and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operation of site equipment.
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations and participate in toolbox talks and training.

      • Valid driver’s license
      • High level of physical fitness and the ability to work in challenging conditions.
      • Knowledge of safety systems and procedures in mining or heavy industry environments.
      • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
