Hire Resolves client is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal . This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional with a strong generalist background, proven experience in the supply chain or logistics industry , and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Provide expert HR guidance across a wide range of areas including performance management, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

Act as a trusted advisor to line managers on all people-related matters.

Support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives in collaboration with the recruitment team.

Champion employee engagement and support culture-building activities.
-
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.

Provide coaching and support to managers and employees.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role.

Proven experience in the supply chain or logistics industry.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and South African labor legislation.

A degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
