Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organizational values and service standards
Ensure system, process and efficiency improvements (including innovations)
Analyse system technical requirement
Conduct a system requirement risk assessment
Define, develop and document how business systems interface functionally
Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialization
Display and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivity
Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes
Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
Manages risks in own area of responsibility
Creates solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards

Requirements:
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Systems Analysis or Business Analysis Certification (advantageous).
Experience in a systems analysis, business analysis, or related role in a technology-driven environment.
