We are looking for an experienced individual to fulfil the role as a Technical Site Manager to join our dynamic Projects team. You will be required to manage installations and the teams on site. We operate in the Electronic Security and Building Systems industry and are well established within the industry. Our market focus is: Electronic Systems including Access Control, CCTV & Fire Detection Systems and also Network infrastructure. We require a minimum of 5 years relevant TECHNICAL & MANAGEMENT experience in the same field, this is a definite pre-requisite. Please DO NOT apply if you do not have any technical background in the Security and Electronic building systems industry. Minimum pre-requisites: • Minimum of 5 years technical and site management experience in the same industry • Experience in building relationships with clients • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written • High level of attention to detail and accuracy • Strong planning and organising skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Self-managed and self-motivated • Valid driver’s license NETWORK ENGINEER
- Report back to your Manager
- Identify sales opportunities or hardware replacements.
- Identify possible projects to enhance the client infrastructure.
- Maintain Onsite and offsite backups
- Maintain Client Server infrastructures in the cloud and onsite
- Good understanding and knowledge of switching , VLans and cabling
- Good internet and connectivity understanding
- Good knowledge on firewalls and security
- Attend to end user support calls in a timely fashion.
- Setup and Configure workstations for new users.
- Good communication skills
- Attend to tickets logged in our ticketing system
- Assist users phoning into our call centre.
- Resolve tickets in a timely fashion.
- At least 2 Years of experience in an IT support position
- A+, N+,
- Microsoft MCSA/MCSE/MCITP (Or similar Certification).
- Microsoft MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure.(Will be to your advantage)
- CCNA / CCNP/CCIE (Will be to your advantage)
- ITIL (Will be to your Advantage)
- Office 365 MCSA (Will be to your Advantage)
- Linux knowledge & experience (Will be to your advantage)
