Hire Resolves client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Cape Town. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in construction cost management and an eagerness to grow within the industry. You'll be involved in estimating project costs, compiling quantities, and preparing accurate quotations.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with construction project costings and financial planning

Measure and compile material quantities

Prepare accurate quotations and tender documents

Liaise with suppliers and contractors for pricing

Track and manage project cost variations

Support senior quantity surveyors and project managers
Requirements:

Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field

Solid understanding of construction principles and cost estimation

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and other estimating tools

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work well within a team and independently
