REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Education qualification (Foundation Phase).
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with MS Office and web browsers.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Afrikaans.
DUTIES
- Plan and organise lessons, materials, activities and assessments that align with Arrow’s Dynamic Learning principles.
- Create individualised learning plans academic data.
- Plan intervention and enrichment classes.
- Integrate Arrow’s e-learning platform into lessons and activities.
- Marking, reporting and assessment analysis.
- Foster a conducive learning environment by applying Arrow’s values and a behaviour management system.
- Provide feedback to the department head about learners’ academics and behaviour.
- Inform parents about learners’ performance.
