We require an Electrician to carry out electrical maintenance, installation, and repairs to ensure the efficient and safe operation of electrical systems within the company.
The role involves working on a range of electrical equipment and infrastructure, adhering to safety and regulatory standards, and contributing to the overall functionality of facilities.
Job Title: Electrician (Red Seal Qualified)
Location: Fourways and surrounding areas
Reports To: Maintenance Manager
Salary: R16 000 – R20 000 (Depending on qualifications and experience)
EE: Male, White
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify electrical faults.
- Ensure electrical systems comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, panels, and wiring.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, following best practices.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operations of the facility.
- Provide support in emergency situations to restore electrical systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Red Seal Electrician qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
