Trip and Logistics Management

• Book trips and group passengers in the designated logistics application.
• Assign drivers to trips and vehicles while ensuring all details are updated in the system.
• Manage real-time communication on WhatsApp groups, providing trip updates and addressing issues.
• Update passenger addresses and create user profiles in the application.

Operational Support

• Compile daily tracking reports, including pickup and drop-off times.
• Monitor and address operational changes such as bookings, cancellations, and shift schedules.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues related to drivers, passengers, or vehicles.
• Conduct breathalyzer tests, driver evaluations, and vehicle inspections as required.

Client and Team Interaction

• Support client requests by resolving passenger issues, including schedule changes and complaints.
• Assist in the development of monthly shift schedules.
• Collaborate with drivers and team members to ensure timely and effective trip execution.

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate kilometer tracking for invoicing purposes.
• Liaise with the Driver Specialist to ensure driver supply for shifts.
• Provide data and support to the Financial Manager for invoicing purposes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with logistics applications and tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and handle on-site emergencies
