- Remote and in office (Foreshore Cape Town CBD)
Trip and Logistics Management
- Book trips and group passengers in the designated logistics application.
- Assign drivers to trips and vehicles while ensuring all details are updated in the system.
- Manage real-time communication on WhatsApp groups, providing trip updates and addressing issues.
- Update passenger addresses and create user profiles in the application.
Operational Support
- Compile daily tracking reports, including pickup and drop-off times.
- Monitor and address operational changes such as bookings, cancellations, and shift schedules.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues related to drivers, passengers, or vehicles.
- Conduct breathalyzer tests, driver evaluations, and vehicle inspections as required.
Client and Team Interaction
- Support client requests by resolving passenger issues, including schedule changes and complaints.
- Assist in the development of monthly shift schedules.
- Collaborate with drivers and team members to ensure timely and effective trip execution.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate kilometer tracking for invoicing purposes.
- Liaise with the Driver Specialist to ensure driver supply for shifts.
- Provide data and support to the Financial Manager for invoicing purposes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with logistics applications and tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and handle on-site emergencies
