As the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee the financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control processes.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership to help drive growth and profitability.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow management.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Financial Manager, Controller, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and practices.
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in financial software and MS Excel.
Exposure to Financial Modelling would be beneficial
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
