Minimum requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work well in a team Basic computer skills and office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) Willingness to learn Afrikaans (1st) and English

Responsibilities:

Manage office operations and daily administration tasks Handle correspondence Organize office supplies and maintain inventory Responsible for cash-ups and cashier duties Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry and record-keeping Assist with Accounting tasks
