Requirements:
Up to 5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates who have some technical broking experience RE5 120 Credits in Relevant Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) (preferred)Responsibilities:
Responsible for Book of business which includes growth (organic, new business, upselling, cross selling), maintenance and retention Regular client interactions and documented outcomes/discussion Provide good advice to clients and explain policies in order to protect their assets and protect them against financial loss Meeting FAIS requirements in terms of documentation and client record of advice Maintain good intra-branch/department communication and co-operation Client Management Up to date knowledge of changes in the insurance industry (class of business training, CPD training, product specific training) Compliance knowledge, champion and ensure adherence to all FAIS requirements Advocate Treating Customers Fairly principles: internal clients and external third parties (potential new clients) Manage clients effectively to avoid exposing the business to risk and incurring Professional Indemnity claims Manage clients’ complaints and escalate if necessary
