Technology Manager Driving Innovation and ChangeA leading organisation is seeking an experienced Technology Manager to lead technology-driven projects and drive transformation across the business. This role is key to ensuring that technology solutions are implemented effectively, supporting strategic objectives while managing change and fostering innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
Plan, manage, and deliver technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Define project objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocations. Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to post-implementation review. Ensure project outcomes align with business needs and strategic goals.Change Management
Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful technology adoption. Assess the impact of technology changes on processes, systems, and teams. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement. Provide training, documentation, and support to facilitate smooth transitions. Monitor adoption and address any resistance to change.Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the key liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external technology partners. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to drive collaboration. Ensure technology initiatives support broader business objectives.Innovation & Technology Adoption
Identify opportunities to leverage technology for operational efficiency and business growth. Stay abreast of emerging trends and assess their potential impact. Lead the implementation of innovative solutions that enhance performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital transformation.Risk & Quality Management
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure technology solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Conduct project reviews and audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Address challenges proactively to minimise disruption.Team Leadership & Development
Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management support. Ensure accountability for project deliverables and outcomes.Skills & Qualifications
