An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Project Coordinator to support the successful implementation of regional infrastructure projects across multiple build disciplinesincluding OSP/Fibre and infrastructureon behalf of our client.
This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective stakeholder engagement, and the integrity of documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting project implementation and ensuring timely delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors Managing documentation processes and ensuring accurate record-keeping in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards Administering SAP-based procurement activities including quotes, POs, material requests, and invoice processing Coordinating internal reporting, meetings, and diary management Facilitating communication between stakeholders and escalating issues for resolutionThe ideal candidate will bring:
A recognised qualification in Office or Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (NQF Level 67) SAP knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office A solid grasp of project delivery within the telecommunications sector Outstanding administrative and coordination skills A keen eye for detail, strong multitasking abilities, and excellent interpersonal communication EE Disclaimer:
