KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Intelligence & Data Analysis
Collect, analyse, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise business processes and enhance performance. Collaborate with development and data teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Business Optimisation
Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement. Implement process improvements and best practices to streamline operations and reduce costs. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed. Lead cross-functional projects aimed at optimising business operations. Compliance Management
Ensure all business processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and assessments to verify compliance and recommend corrective actions. Update and maintain documentation related to compliance and standard operating procedures. Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters. Customer Liaison/Interaction
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are understood and met effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
