Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including monthly and annual financial statements
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts, providing recommendations for improvement
- Manage compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Lead financial audits and collaborate with external Auditors
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and optimize financial performance
- Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and development
Requirements:
- CA(SA) qualification is essential
- Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and analysis
- Proven ability to drive strategic financial decision-making
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
