Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible analyzing financial data, preparing reports and providing actionable insights. This role is a dual-based role where traveling to different branches will be required.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cost analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial Reporting: Weekly cost reports, weekly cash up, and balance sheet preparation
- Data Management: Update financial models, database and reports
- Compliance and Control: Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial polices and regulations
- Strategic Support: Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and business initiatives
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in financial reporting and analysis
- Statutory Reporting: VAT reviews and reporting, provisional tax forecast compilation and submission
Skills and Qualifications:
- BCom Honours
- Articles (SAICA or SAIPA)
- Manufacturing exposure is essential
- Management experience is required
