Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in accounting with 2 years practical experience
* Good analytical skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
* Confident with Excel and financial software packages and familiar with change in technology
* Good communication skills (written and verbal)
* Discreet and trustworthy and be able to work independently
* Good organizational skills


Competence Requirements:
* Submitting of VAT & PAYE reports
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to work under pressure
* Accuracy of filing system
* Official tracking of income and expenditure
* General Ledger reconciliations
* Understanding asset management process and the input into system
* Understanding of finance/accounting terminology
* Asset register and General Ledger always to be in balance
* Prioritize and organize to meet deadlines
* Up to date knowledge of info of all Balance sheet and control accounts
* Analyse data and problems and make effective corrections and recommendations
* Assist Accountant as required
* Ensure all deadlines are met and work in a calm manner when dealing with hot-headed clients
* Self-discipline to work independently
* Mentoring and act as a guide and helper and working alongside to observe the skills needed for particular process.
