A renowned luxury game lodge is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the delivery of world-class guest experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in high-end lodge or hotel housekeeping operations.Location: Remote bush-based lodge (live-in position)Position Type: Full-time (including weekends and public holidays) Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations across guest suites and public areas

- Coordinate with other departments (front office, maintenance, and F&B) to ensure seamless guest service
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff
- Step into the Housekeeping Manager role when required
- 2–3 years' experience in a housekeeping supervisory or assistant management role, preferably in a 5-star lodge or hotel
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Hospitality qualification or housekeeping certification beneficial
