Job Purpose:
As an IT Project Administrator , you will play a key role in coordinating IT project activities—from day-to-day task management to strategic initiative oversight. You’ll ensure smooth collaboration across teams, maintain clear stakeholder communication, and drive projects in alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather necessary project inputs (e.g., user/client requirements, case studies).

Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for stakeholders, resolving issues and driving solutions.

Support change management as projects evolve to meet business needs.

Mentor junior project administrators and team members.

- Agile Methodolgy: 1 to 2 years
- It Project Lifecycle: 4 to 5 years

5+ years of experience as a Project Administrator, Project Manager , or similar senior role.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management , or a related field.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive project success.

Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentations.
-
Experience working in cross-functional teams , managing multiple priorities.
-
Knowledge of IT environments & project lifecycles (a plus).

Ability to create and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and reports to track progress.

Agile methodology experience (highly desirable).

Proven ability to optimize workflows, implement best practices, and drive operational efficiency .
