- Perform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure peak performance
- Electrical and hydraulic system fault-finding and repair
- Manage parts, tools, and repair documentation with accuracy
- Adhere to safety standards and environmental compliance at all times
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic (heavy equipment experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of diesel engines, electrical & hydraulic systems
- Own tools in good working condition
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong written and verbal communication (detailed job card completion essential)
- Certification in Diesel Mechanics
- Experience with cranes, forklifts or specialized heavy machinery
- Crane/forklift operator license
- Workshop and field-based repairs
- Physically demanding and sometimes remote work
- On-call shifts as required
