Key Responsibilities:

Oversee event planning and execution, ensuring seamless operations.

Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver top-notch service.

Manage event budgets and implement cost-effective strategies.

Coordinate with vendors and manage event logistics.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Provide excellent customer service and handle concerns effectively.

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
Essential Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel/Food & Beverage Management or related field.

Experience: 4+ years in food & beverage service (4/5-star hotel or fine dining) and 2+ years in a management role.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems (Micros), with experience in stock and accommodation management systems a plus.
