As a HR Manager you will responsible for the following:
  • Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and business objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition to attract and retain top talent across all departments.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Advise and support managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and improve employee performance through training, coaching, and development programs.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve workplace issues and ensure harmonious working relations.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Proven experience as an HR Manager.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR-related certifications or professional memberships will be advantageous.
