- Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve workplace issues and ensure harmonious working relations.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Proven experience as an HR Manager.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR-related certifications or professional memberships will be advantageous.
