An exclusive, ultra-luxury lodge in Mpumalanga is seeking a dynamic and service-focused F&B Supervisor to join their exceptional team. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with 2–3 years’ experience in high-end hospitality who is passionate about fine dining, guest experience, and team leadership.Location: Mpumalanga (live-in position available)Position Type: Full-time, including weekends and public holidays Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily F&B operations across lodge dining venues and bar
- Supervise and support front-of-house service teams
- Ensure a consistently high standard of guest service in line with 5-star expectations
- Coordinate with kitchen and lodge management to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and assist with ordering
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Professionally handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues
- 2–3 years’ experience in a luxury lodge or 5-star F&B environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent understanding of food service, wines, and premium guest etiquette
- Ability to lead under pressure and ensure attention to detail
- Relevant hospitality qualification advantageous
- Previous lodge experience highly beneficial
