Job Title: Personal and Admin Assistant to Senior Financial Planner's.We're looking for highly organized and sales driven induvial to join our team as Personal and Admin Assistant to Senior Financial Planner's. Ideally you'll have some experience in the insurance industry and strong understanding of administrative tasks.
Your Role will include - Providing administration support to financial advisers -Managing client documentation and compliance processes -Booking appointments and coordination client meetings -Following up with clients regarding outstanding requirements or documentation -Handling incoming calls, emails and inquiries professionally -Assisting with proposal preparation, quotations and client reports - Managing the adviser's diary and general PA duties
You are a great fit if you: -Have previous experience in insurance, financial services, or brokerage environment -Possess strong administrative and organizational skills. -Are familiar with Old Mutual systems (advantageous but not essential) -Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbal and written. -Work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities. -Are proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel and Outlook) -Are trustworthy and client-service oriented.
Qualifications & Requirements -Matric certificate -clear criminal record -Resides near the Umhlanga area
