Project Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Intermediate Project Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing IT projects, including custom software development, cloud-based environment builds, MS-based application integrations, product development, and migrations between M365 and other cloud-hosted services. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring smooth delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing IT projects, including software development and cloud migrations.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft-based applications, M365 migrations, and integrations.
• Proven experience working with both Waterfall and Scrum methodologies (PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities, with experience managing risks and issues throughout a project lifecycle.
