Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries and other baked goods according to spars recipes and standards
*Work independently during shift to ensure timely production and preparations for the next day.
*Ensure all items are baked to perfection, maintaining consistency in taste, texture and presentation.
*Follow all recipes and production schedules while adjusting for inventory and demand.
*Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area ,adhering to health and safety regulations.
*Maintain proper food handling and hygiene to ensure the safety of all products produced.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
*Minimum of 3 years baking experience
*knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparations and ingredient handling.
*Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistency in quality in baked goods.
*Ability to manage time effectively and meet production deadlines
