We’re Hiring: Kitchen Manager (with Chef Experience) Cape Town Fish Market Bloubergstrand is looking for a skilled and passionate Kitchen Manager to join our leadership team.
We want someone who knows their way around the kitchen — not just managing it, but elevating it.
We're looking for someone who can:
Lead and inspire the kitchen team
Maintain and improve food quality and consistency
Control food costs and reduce waste
Bring real culinary knowledge to the table to enhance the flavour and presentation of every dish
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar managerial role
Strong food knowledge and chef experience essential
Must be South African or have a valid work visa
Preferably live in the area or be prepared to relocate
