Description:
CALL CENTRE LEARNERSHIP.
We are currently looking for young, energetic and positive individuals keen to explore working in a Call Centre.
You must be a South African citizen, be computer literate and willing to learn with a good command of the English language and able to speak, write and understand another South African language FLUENTLY.
A program for 12 months exists for all qualifying individuals (aged 20 - 27).
Learners will form part of current workforce and be paid a stipend of R4500pm.
Successful candidates, i.e. those completing the program could be placed internally as permanent staff.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Clear credit and criminal record
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- Good English speech
- Must be unemployed
- NOT currently or previously part of a BPO learnership
Training will be provided and therefore no experience necessary.
