Hire Resolve's client , a well-established and dynamic consulting firm that specializes in delivering cost management and quantity surveying services across various sectors, is currently seeking a Professional Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Gauteng. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the cost planning and estimation process on construction projects

Prepare bills of quantities, tender documents, and contract administration

Evaluate project budgets and perform cost control throughout the project lifecycle

Conduct feasibility studies and risk analyses
-
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery

Handle progress claims, variations, and final accounts
-
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and company procedures
Requirements
-
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
-
Registered Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) with SACQSP
-
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a consulting environment

Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JBCC, NEC, FIDIC)
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
-
Proficiency in QS software (e.g., WinQS, CostX, or similar)
-
Valid driver’s license and own transport
