Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects

Manage the procurement process including contracts, tenders, and supplier negotiations

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgets

Conduct risk analysis evaluations and advise on potential cost-saving strategies

Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure financial efficiency

Manage project variations and contractual claims
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
-
Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost management
-
Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., CCS, BuildSmart, or equivalent)

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
