We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Financial Manager to join a leading manufacturing company in Johannesburg North. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with specific expertise in the manufacturing sector. As a CA(SA), you will play a key role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and driving strategic financial decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including monthly and annual financial statements
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts, providing recommendations for improvements
- Manage compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Lead financial audits and collaborate with external auditors
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and optimize financial performance
- Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and development

Requirements:

- CA(SA) qualification is essential
- Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and analysis
- Proven ability to drive strategic financial decision-making
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
