Project Lead: Business Systems - will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and completion of IT projects related to business systems. Making sure the IT projects align with business objectives and are executed efficiently Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and execution of IT projects.
• Manage project teams, including programmers, analysts, and other IT professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.
• Prepare reports and create any required instruction manuals or help screens on the business systems implemented
• Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders, including team members, management, and clients.
• Compliance: Ensure all IT projects comply with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure necessary resources are available.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business process owners and developers to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Education:
Degree in Information Technology or Similar
Proficiency in project management software
Non-negotiable - ERP Systems - Extensive experience working with Syspro ERP (Syspro Add-ins, automations and upgrades)
Data Analysis: Skills in data analysis and visualisation tools
