Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives Conduct market research to understand target audiences, identify trends, and analyze competitor activity Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.) Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize ROI Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content, including copy, visuals, and videos Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly Lead and support the marketing team through guidance, coaching, and performance management Communicate marketing strategies, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders Develop initiatives to enhance customer engagement and foster brand loyalty Partner with the sales team to support sales efforts and drive business growth
