Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Product Sales Specialist to drive sales growth in the Adhesion Systems sector. This role involves actively marketing a range of technical products, building strong client relationships, and providing expert consultation to match products with various materials (wood, plastic, paper, carton, boards). Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. New Business Development Follow up on leads within 24 hours and identify new business opportunities. Technical Consultation Advise clients on the best chemical solutions tailored to their needs. Industry & Product Knowledge Work closely with Research & development to deliver competitive solutions and stay ahead of industry trends. Account Management Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, provide product training, and oversee stock levels. Debt Collection & Admin Assist with collections, customer queries, and ensure accurate reporting. Compliance & Operations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, stock management, and distribution.Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Grade 12 (Matric) required. Tertiary diploma or qualification in sales, marketing, or a related technical field (advantageous). Experience: Minimum 5 years technical sales experience in plastics, paper & packaging, chemicals, or a related industry. Proven track record in business development and sales. Experience with Salesforce CRM (advantageous).Key Skills & Competencies
