Job Title: Senior Remuneration Specialist
Location: Hybrid / On-site as required
Duration: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (with possibility of extension)
Salary: Market Related linked to experience
Purpose of the Role
Our client is looking for experienced Total Rewards Specialists who can hit the ground running to deliver on strategic remuneration and benefits projects. The role requires a strong understanding of reward strategy, salary benchmarking, pay structuring, and governance processes. You will play a key role in supporting business priorities while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement and refine Total Rewards strategies aligned with business objectives Conduct market benchmarking, job grading, and salary structure reviews Analyse and model remuneration data to guide fair and competitive reward decisions Manage the execution of cyclical remuneration processes (e.g., annual reviews, STI/LTI plans) Support with remuneration reporting and regulatory compliance Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure reward solutions drive business performance Provide insights and guidance on executive pay, incentives, and retention mechanisms Maintain data accuracy and integrity in remuneration systems and reportsRequired Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Remuneration or Reward Strategy Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel or similar tools Experience with grading frameworks and salary surveys Track record of successfully executing reward projects in complex environments Exposure to HRIS or Reward systems preferredKey Attributes
High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Professional maturity, with the ability to handle sensitive salary and performance data with discretion Proactive and able to work independently under tight deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
