Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to the company on a range of legal issues.
- Lead and manage legal projects, including litigation and negotiations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage external legal counsel and budget effectively.
Qualifications:
- Law degree from a recognized institution.
- Admitted to the bar and practicing certificate.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
