Requirements:A BTech in Quality Management/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 0 - 2 years of experience in a similar role Have an ability to write reports and give feedback effectively Have an ability to critically analyse problems and find root causes Ability to organize, Analytical thinking Understanding of Quality processes and products in the business Excellent communication skills, Attention to detail Passionate about excellent service Enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Be a rational thinker, yet creative and open minded Have good people and presentation skills Have the ability to influence others and be assertive where necessary Highly computer literate (Solidworks, Draftsight, Excel) Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing new testing methods Developing new routine QC testing methods and procedures Coordinate the maintenance of labs and testing equipment Assist in the research and development of new testing processes and equipment Assist in ensuring that all current testing methods stay relevant to product application Assist in the commissioning of new testing equipment Coordinate and conduct training requirements Involvement in the testing of new products where relevant In general, ensuring accurate, reliable and repeatable data output
