Description:
My client is a Cloud Solutions and Services aggregator (SME Provider).You will proactively source and manage partners within the channel partner segment, and drive long-term financial growth by increasing sales and building strong, lasting relationships. This is achieved through in-person engagements, active listening, a solutions-oriented approach, and supporting partners on their solution-selling journey.
It Involves:
- Driving solution sales, nurturing, and maintaining strategic relationships, managing the CRM and pipeline, and ensuring consistent and proactive partner engagement.
- Achieving sales targets by developing strategies and building strong relationships with partners.
- Understanding each partner's business needs and offering tailored solutions to help them succeed.
- Onboarding new partners, ensuring that they start transacting, and growing existing relationships through cross-selling and upselling.
- Managing service delivery, operational tasks, and aligning with vendor or brand requirements.
- Personal development and staying updated on market trends are also key aspects.
Requirements:
- +5 years experience in account/channel management with C-level stakeholders.
- +6 years experience in ICT (preferably cloud-based environments - With the ability to keep up with technology and industry developments.).
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Business Management or equivalent.
Nice To Haves:
- An AWS Certification OR proven record of own learning applied to the cloud (preferably AWS).
