Minimum Qualifications & Experience:Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-end or 5-star restaurant environment Minimum of 2-3 years in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role Strong knowledge of food & wine pairing, menu planning, and service protocols Computer literacy: POS systems (e.g., Micros), MS Office, inventory software Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Hands-on leader with a passion for guest service and team development Preferred Attributes:
WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) or similar wine training Experience with fine dining, à la carte service, and event management Knowledge of local and international culinary trends Well-groomed, professional appearance in line with a luxury establishment Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
