- Monitor service levels, volumes, payment cycles, credit notes, and write-offs.
- Ensure accurate data integrity and timely estimate submissions.
- Track lost business, red accounts, and log call plans on MS Dynamics.
- Coordinate training, rate negotiations, action plans, and customer surveys.
- Ensure compliance with client SOPs, safety requirements, and internal reporting systems.
- Support tender processes and ad hoc reporting for management.
- Uphold professional conduct in line with company standards.
- Manage a portfolio of clients across all lifecycle stages
- Maintain executive sponsor relationships and client engagement.
- Oversee account openings, updates, and ensure all client documentation is current.
- Handle contract negotiations and risk mitigation.
- Present and implement new products, strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Respond to client queries and manage SLAs through regular reporting and reviews.
- Identify growth opportunities and maintain account plans for top clients.
- Compile and present business, performance, and management reports.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Completed B.com degree (logistics) and postgraduate degree
- Minimum 8+ years in freight forwarding
- Customer facing role experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- MS Dynamics experience
- Logistics/ Freight industry experience
