A leading engineering and industrial services company is seeking an experienced SHERQ Manager to oversee and drive compliance, safety, environmental, and quality standards at their operational site in Ngodwana. Qualifications:- National Diploma or BTech in Safety Management, Environmental Health, or Environmental Science.
- Relevant certifications: ISO 9001, 14001, 45001; SAMTRAC, NEBOSH or equivalent.
- Added advantage: Environmental and Waste Management training.
- 5–7 years in a similar SHERQ-focused role within a power or process plant.
- Strong knowledge of boilers, steam turbines, and power generation environments.
- Familiarity with risk assessments, legal compliance, environmental systems, and incident investigations.
- Practical understanding of PPE, HSE emergency handling, and waste management protocols.
