Description:

A position has opened for an experienced and seasoned Sales Manager to manage and lead an existing sales team. Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Sales or Marketing Diploma or Degree
  • At least 9 years experience in Sales
  • At least 5 years management experience
  • Experience with budgeting and reports
  • Own car and valid license

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute departmental sales plans and strategies.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up on all new business opportunities.
  • Establish and achieve sales objectives and targets for the department.
  • Cultivate and maintain professional working relationships with other divisions in company
  • Develop and strengthen customer relationships through collaboration and understanding their business requirements.
  • Provide senior management with sales and revenue reports, along with realistic projections.
  • Authorize sales quotes and oversee tender applications and procedures.
  • Proactively identify and implement enhancements to improve the sales department's effectiveness.
