Description:
We’re hiring a Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory compliance across our clients business. In this role, you’ll advise management on regulatory matters, monitor legislative changes, and ensure our internal processes align with applicable laws and industry standards. What You’ll Do- Compile compliance reports for stakeholders
- Implement and maintain the compliance risk and AML monitoring plan.
- Monitor, interpret, and apply new and existing legislation.
- Respond to compliance queries and manage related projects.
- Ensure ongoing FAIS and TCF compliance, including maintaining required registers and manuals.
- Legal or Finance degree
- Compliance Officer (RE1 certified)
- Min 5 years of experience
- Experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of FICA, FAIS, CISCA, and ASISA codes.
