Job Advertisement: Administrative Assistant
Location: Witbank
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong administrative experience, with a background in buying considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation.

If needed, assist with buying activities, including liaising with suppliers and managing purchase orders.

Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory levels.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and support across departments.

Handle general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative roles with excellent organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with CRM systems and Point of Sale (POS) software is essential.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
