Senior Client Service Manager

Description:

Job Requirements:
Extensive knowledge and working experience of the Google products;
Ability to manage a number of clients at a time while looking for new business.
You will be the main point of contact between the client and the operations team.
You will be required to provide updates and feedback on your clients campaigns and projects.
Must be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain great customer experience.
This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills, as well as proven success in a sales or business development role.
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services;
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes

Skill and Qualification requirements:
Must have extensive knowledge and working experience with Google products;

Previous Business development experience;
Bachelor's degree advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years' of proven success in client management in an agency environment.
