Description:
Key Responsibilities:As the Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing financial statements and monthly management reports.
- Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Handling VAT calculations, submissions, and statutory reporting.
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to optimize profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Supporting external audits and liaising with Auditors, banks, and suppliers.
Experience & Skills Required:
- BCom in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 3 years of experience in a financial accounting role.
- Hospitality industry experience (essential).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
