Duties:

• Financial Leadership & Strategy:
• Oversee the full financial management function, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow, profitability, and long-term sustainability. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making at an executive level. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency. Optimize working capital by improving collection, payment cycles, and inventory management. Financial Planning & Reporting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to drive business growth. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements. Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Risk Management & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and governance frameworks. Identify and mitigate financial risks while implementing robust internal controls. Manage audits, tax compliance, and statutory reporting requirements. Operational Execution & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including executives, operations, and external partners. Drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and reporting accuracy. Support business expansion initiatives through sound financial planning and execution. Financial Operations & Control: Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and procurement, ensuring smooth financial workflows. Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with IFRS standards (including IFRS 16, IFRS 9, IFRS 15) and internal policies. Implement financial controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial leakage, mitigating the risk of errors and fraud.
