Description:
Duties:
- Be able to process multiple companies’ payrolls
- Full knowledge of SARS and Department of Labour Legislation
- Payroll Processing on Pastel Payroll and Sage Online:
- Employment and termination information
- Annual bonuses
- Job Commission
- Any other authorized earnings
- Provide monthly information from Payroll system on request
- Process and recon EMP201 and capture for payment
- Prepare and submit interim IRP5 and final IRP5
- Registrations:
- PAYE registration
- UIF registration
- COIDA registration
- UIF declarations and UI19
- COIDA registration and “return of earnings”
- Registering all tax types
- Correspond with SARS consultants
- SARS payment arrangements
- Prepare tax payments Provisional tax administration and submission
- Organize and update companies’ tax database
- Public Officer and Representative Trustee appointments at SARS

- Candidate must have experience in a registered accounting firm environment
- Relevant qualification is a plus
- Must be strong in administration
- Previous relevant experience preferred
- Fully computer literate and proficient in MS Office and Pastel
- Candidate must be a self-starter
- Excellent planning and organizing skills and be quality and detail orientated
