We are seeking an experienced Head of Legal to lead and manage all legal affairs within our organization. This executive role is critical in driving legal strategy, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding the company’s interests as we navigate a dynamic and competitive automotive landscape. Key Responsibilities:Legal Strategy & Compliance
- Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with business objectives
- Advise executives on legal risks, governance, and regulatory matters
- Ensure compliance with evolving laws and industry standards
- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, customer, and partnership agreements
- Oversee contract lifecycles and ensure alignment with legal requirements
- Protect intellectual property rights and manage infringement matters
- Manage legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation
- Collaborate with external counsel to protect company interest
- Support board activities and ensure corporate filings are up to date
- Identify legal risks and lead proactive mitigation efforts
- Legal Degree
- Min 10 - 12 years post-articles experience, with at least 8 years in legal leadership
